Our chef Raju’s experience spans decades during which he honed his craft in the kitchens of the Taj (Kochi, India) and Mango Tree (Singapore) among others. He takes pride in providing his guests with food that is fresh and made from scratch where possible.Our menu features a selection of signature dishes from Kerala, the Malabari Coast and other parts of India.
Kerala is known as God's own country and land of spices. Many of the dishes have coconut , tamarind and spices. All designed to heighten the senses and eating experience.
